• Typically after a year of on the job training, a Data Scientist 3 on the Technical Services team is able to: • Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to implement strategic engineering proof of concepts and contribute to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps • Work with clients and internal partners throughout the organization to identify and execute upon opportunities for demonstrating marketing data to drive business solutions • Identify new solutions that positively impact internal our customers and internal operations • Work with the Research Development and Innovation team to develop cutting edge solutions that drive efficiencies, savings or revenue • Audit existing datasets for accuracy, reliability and consistency • Work with senior team members to identify data models and algorithms to apply to unique client problems • Increase and optimize user experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes using predictive modeling and other advanced analysis techniques • Coordinate with internal and client data engineering teams to implement models and supervise outcomes • Run technical projects including scope, schedule and resources, tracking progress to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time and on budget • Oversee work completed by junior team members to ensure timely delivery and quality of work, guiding them to implement standard methodologies in solution development and client relationships • Support digital analytics implementations with broad understanding of tag management, HTML and JavaScript on websites • Develop applications (visualization, routing data, cleaning data, access to data, interacting with data) for analytics pipelines • Lead and drive projects assigned to completion with attention to detail and high quality • Provide technical and developmental support to senior level mentees • Establish long term relationships with customers in order to gain and cultivate trust (become their Trusted Advisor) • Provide career development suggestions and support to mentees • Assist management in team meetings and team planning exercises • Communicate goals and deadlines to team members • Assist team in meeting monthly KPIs • Assist with team resourcing needs and planning • Assist with hiring new team members • Assess team performance and provide feedback • Other duties as assigned

• Partner with revenue cycle, finance, and operational leaders to drive data-informed decision making across billing, coding, and collections • Analyze large datasets from EHR, billing, claims, and financial systems to identify revenue leakage and optimization opportunities • Develop and deploy predictive models to improve denials management, cash collections, and reimbursement outcomes • Design and implement pilots to test and optimize revenue cycle strategies in real-time environments • Build dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs such as AR days, denial rates, and net revenue performance • Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for operational and executive stakeholders • Identify trends and patterns related to payer performance, coding accuracy, and claim adjudication • Lead analytics projects that support revenue cycle transformation and process improvement initiatives • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and clinical teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities

• Drive end-to-end SEO strategy, covering technical, on-page, content, and conversion optimization. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and enhance our SEO efforts. • Utilize various platforms for analytics & insights to guide content strategy. • Travel to Georgia twice a year for team collaboration and planning.

• Develop, validate, and maintain programming solutions for CDMS (EDC systems such as Rave/Veeva), data validation outputs, data review/risk management outputs, custom reports, and programs in clinical trials. • Collaborate with data managers, project managers, clinical data scientists, and biostatisticians to ensure the integration of programming solutions into the overall data management process. • Act as a primary point of contact during the study set up and maintenance phase for system programming related questions by the project team. • Support colleagues with the clinical trials environment and concepts of Clinical Data Management Systems. • Perform extracts of data from CDMS and creation of data transfer programs. • Act as mentor and provides guidance and support to more junior programmer levels assigned to a project. • Assist in the development and implementation of improvements to technical systems and processes within an SME role. • Provide guidance on programming best practices, coding standards, and data quality control measures. • Stay updated on advancements in programming languages and data management tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
