• Support the development of our Supply Chain Analytics offering, with a focus on business planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, demand planning, and procurement-related analytics. • Help shape selected solution areas, reusable assets, and accelerators, such as demand forecasting models, inventory dashboards, planning insights, or supply chain performance monitoring tools. • Contribute to the roadmap for your domain area, aligned with broader practice priorities, go-to-market direction, and partner strategy. • Identify opportunities to improve or extend our existing offerings based on market trends, client needs, and lessons learned from delivery. • Participate in client conversations, discovery workshops, and business needs assessments, especially around planning, forecasting, inventory, and procurement. • Translate client challenges into analytics use cases, solution concepts, and practical implementation approaches. • Participate in proposals creations, RFIs, RFPs, scoping, estimations, and solution design activities. • Work closely with data, AI, cloud, and delivery teams to shape solution blueprints that connect business value, analytics design, implementation, and adoption. • Act as a subject matter expert during solution development and delivery, providing guidance on supply chain processes, planning logic, inventory metrics, and business adoption. • Support project teams in designing solutions that are practical, scalable, and relevant for planners, supply chain managers, and operational stakeholders. • Help ensure that delivered solutions are adopted by users and connected to measurable business outcomes. • Capture learnings from delivered projects and client feedback to improve future solution design and reusable assets. • Manage, mentor, or coordinate consultants and specialists working within your domain area or project stream. • Share knowledge and best practices related to supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and analytics. • Contribute to internal playbooks, use-case libraries, reference materials, and training activities. • Foster collaboration across consulting, data, AI, and delivery teams. • Support the development of joint offerings and field plays with technology partners, such as cloud platforms, data platforms, and supply chain technology providers. • Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as webinars, client materials, internal knowledge-sharing sessions, or articles. • Stay up to date with relevant trends in supply chain analytics, planning technology, AI-enabled forecasting, and inventory optimization.

• Overseeing the data analysis and reporting processes within the S/4 platform and related SAP products. • Developing and implementing data strategies, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging data insights to drive business decisions. • Collaborating with various teams to optimize S/4 and related data systems, support enterprise architecture initiatives, and ensure compliance with data governance policies. • Driving collaboration and delivery with 3rd party partners to collectively deliver Analytics and Reporting solutions to address opportunities and create business value.

Role Description Our corporate supply chain organization is a high-visibility team focused on leveraging company scale, enabling strategic tools, and developing key supplier relationships. This role resides in the Corporate Supply Chain Capabilities Center and is responsible for advancing supply chain business capabilities through strategic systems, supplier collaboration tools, and emerging AI-enabled solutions. The role serves as the business lead for key supply chain collaboration tools, ensuring alignment to user needs, process improvement, adoption, and long-term transformation across the company. - Serve as the corporate business lead and subject matter expert for strategic supplier collaboration and supply chain portal capabilities, including requisition, purchase order, shipment visibility, buyer dashboards, and supplier performance scorecards. - Support the development of a companywide, comprehensive implementation and deployment plan for strategic supply chain systems aimed towards automation of processes and systems. - Collaborate with site Supply Chain leaders and team members to understand, map, evaluate existing strategic supply chain systems to identify improvements/enhancements. - Prepare, plan with and lead site supply chain organizations in the implementation of select supplier collaboration tools. - Drive the business roadmap for supply chain systems and supplier collaboration capabilities, balancing support of current-state tools with future-state process automation and AI-enabled improvements. - Lead cross-company supply chain users’ group to interface with IT to provide tool feedback and manage improvement initiatives while maintaining primary focus on business process alignment and user value realization. - Support implementation planning, training, communication, and adoption for new and enhanced supply chain capabilities, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Sciences, IT or related area and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. - 3+ years of experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects in partnership with IT and business stakeholders. - 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems and supply chain collaboration tools, including system implementations, integrations, or process improvements. Requirements - Ability to partner effectively with business and technical teams, driving alignment, adoption, and results without direct ownership of those functions. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights to support business decisions. - Experience using data and reporting tools to support supply chain operations, performance management, or process improvement. - Experience in data analytics, SQL, Snowflake. - AI/business application familiarity. - Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and prioritize competing work assignments and initiative to complete tasks. - Ability to establish and communicate firm project requirements, followed by successful implementation, deployment and training. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including end users, cross-functional teams, managers, and executive leadership. - Knowledge of req-to-pay tools, process and policies utilized in a government acquisition environment (FAR and DFARs). - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
