• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation and process harmonization projects across multiple business functions. • Drive the standardization and optimization of supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Business Leadership teams. • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable project plans. • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards. • Contribute to validation-related activities where required, including adherence to Computer System Validation (CSV) principles within regulated environments.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex Supply Chain projects.
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Medical Devices industries is a must.
- Strong domain knowledge across Supply Chain processes, including planning, logistics, warehousing, procurement, and distribution.
- Demonstrated experience in process harmonization, business transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Delivery-focused mindset with a track record of successfully driving projects from initiation through implementation.
- Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to actively contribute to project execution rather than solely coordinating activities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.

Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of aviation construction projects across OTG’s airport portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, and quality from preconstruction through project closeout. Working closely with airport authorities, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager ensures projects are executed efficiently while maintaining compliance with all aviation, safety, and regulatory requirements. In This Role, You Will - Lead cross-functional project teams including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal OTG stakeholders. - Serve as OTG’s representative in coordination with airport authorities, regulatory agencies, and project partners. - Provide strategic oversight of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead project start-up and preconstruction activities including budgeting, schedule development, and constructability review. - Coordinate design development and ensure alignment with operational and brand requirements. - Support value engineering and cost optimization efforts during design and procurement phases. - Oversee construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Manage contractor and subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and performance. - Track project financials including budgets, change orders, and cost controls. - Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule or cost impacts. - Coordinate with airport authorities, TSA, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with aviation construction requirements. - Facilitate communication between OTG leadership, design teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders. - Attend construction progress meetings and provide clear project updates to leadership. - Oversee project closeout including punch list completion, turnover documentation, and operational handoff. - Coordinate with OTG Facilities, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure successful project transition. Qualifications - Minimum 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects. - Experience delivering restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. - Airport or aviation construction experience strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of construction documents, specifications, and building systems. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools (Microsoft Project or similar). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. - Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED. Role Description Corpay is currently looking to engage a Project Manager on a part-time, short-term contract basis within our Payables line of business. This project manager will partner closely with the Director of Project Management to ensure a clean transition of in-flight strategic projects to incoming team members. How We Work - Fully remote environment. - Remote work setup with access to Corpay collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, project tracking platforms). - Direct access to the Director of Project Management for daily prioritization and unblock support. - A defined, narrowly scoped engagement focused on knowledge transfer and project handoff. Role Responsibilities - Training new project management team members on in-flight strategic projects within the Payables LOB. - Shepherding ongoing strategic projects through to clean handoff milestones to ensure no business disruption. - Documenting current-state processes, project status, and stakeholder context to support sustainable post-contract operations. - Partnering with the Director of Project Management to prioritize handoff sequencing and surface risks. - Acting as a stable point of continuity during the transition window.
