• Identify potential markets and regions for expansion and develop a strategic plan to enter those markets. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors. • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective expansion strategies. • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. • Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the logistics industry. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. • Prepare and present reports on expansion progress, market trends, and opportunities to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding business into new markets.
- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry trends and dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
