• Serve as a point of contact for basic client and vendor inquiries. • Manage opportunity registration and tracking processes • Assist in generating quotes and proposals • Maintain CRM system hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and opportunity information • Support the development of presentation decks, including crafting the "Case for Change" and “Path Forward” • Assist in positioning and coaching vendors effectively based on client needs • Gather, simplify, and explain client needs for coaching vendors • Help identify potential new opportunities within existing client engagements • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and managing timelines. • Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Support delivery to ensure projects stay on track. • Assist with change management activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Consolidate, compare, and explain vendor solution cost models • Develop initial financial models, including rolling budgets, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses. • Gather and analyze client operating metrics relevant to the project.
• Manage client projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met • Serve as the project manager on select engagements, providing hands-on leadership • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements, setting clear expectations and providing updates
