Your Impact: As the Sales Engineering Manager for our Customer Growth segment, based out of our London office, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our presence globally. Our Customer Growth segment works with our 5,000+ existing customers to continually assess their needs, understand how we can help them achieve their goals, and expand their usage of Bob even further. You will lead a team of Sales Engineers supporting a growing and strategically important segment ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions to our customers. You will partner closely with global Account Management and Customer Success leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and establish HiBob as a trusted partner for each and every one of our customers.
