Full TimeRemoteTeam 10,001

Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager to guide an amazing customer experience with checkouts and payments in-lane, at the fuel pump, and online. This is a senior individual contributor position as Hy-Vee's internal product authority for point of sale and payments. You’re focused on flawless execution today, where we need to be three years from now, and driving the platform, vendor, and integration work to get there. You bring together key vendors, engineering, operations, and stores. What you'll own - Platform Product Strategy: - The multi-year roadmap for our enterprise POS & payments platforms including feature prioritization, upgrade sequencing, and build/configure/extend decisions to serve the needs across staffed lanes, self-checkout, mobile POS, fuel dispensers, and ecommerce. - The cashier-assisted and customer-facing interaction models, understanding how design decisions at the software and hardware layer affect both associate workflows and the customer experience. - Platform Ecosystem Integration & Roadmap: - The multi-year end-to-end payment ecosystem integration strategy & roadmap that brings your platform strategy to life by integrating with EFT switch, card processor/acquirer, PIN pad and signature capture hardware, tokenization and point-to-point encryption. - Payment certification and compliance, regulatory and network deadlines, new tender types and features, hardware and software transitions, PCI, and optionality as the market evolves. - Executing on customer promotions, loyalty, and benefit card constructs (government nutrition benefits, closed-loop health benefit cards, and similar) in your checkout and payment customer experience. - Vendor & Stakeholder Relationships: - The relationship with internal stakeholders in merchant payment operations, retail operations, ecommerce product management, promotions and loyalty management, and technology service operations. - The relationship with platform, product, and technology vendors focused on technology selection and roadmap, scope and prioritization of changes, upgrades, and escalation. What you'll do - Author, maintain, and evangelize the multi-year payment ecosystem roadmap; present it to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and during vendor alignment. - Set and coordinate internal priorities across the POS and payment technical service operations to deliver on the roadmap. - Translate customer experience gaps and business outcomes into platform requirements. - Drive certification across POS software, payment terminals, and card networks. - Partner with other Product Managers such as loyalty, promotions, and ecommerce, on integration design. - Stay current on card network rules, PCI version changes, interchange regulation, and emerging tender types. - Partner with our vendor management team on renewal strategy and contract negotiations for the payment technology portfolio. - Work directly with store operations and field teams to ensure platform decisions reflect the reality of how employees and customers interact with checkout technology. Qualifications - 8+ years in retail technology with hands-on depth in POS and payment processing. - Proven track record delivering POS and retail technology products. - Grocery, C-Store, and Fuel retail experience as you understand the speed, agility, customer obsession, and detail that retail requires and the uniqueness of these venues. - A deep understanding of benefit card programs (SNAP/EBT/WIC, closed-loop benefit cards), and varying layers of regulatory and tax governance. - Deep fluency in the payment stack: EFT switching, card network certification processes, P2PE, tokenization, PCI compliance, and the interdependencies between them. - Experience managing complex multi-vendor integration programs. - Price, product, and promotional execution mechanics so that you can trace how data moves from disparate systems to ultimately make them scannable at lanes, and activating discount or benefits. - Technical depth is sufficient to partner credibly with engineering and vendors and create sound architecture, roadmap, and execution decisions. Requirements - Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.

Role Description At Camunda, we've moved our entire product organisation to an AI-native model — teams ship fast, autonomously, and close to the customer. That speed only creates value if we're building the right things, which makes validation more important than ever. As our Senior Product Analyst, you'll own the quantitative signal layer that keeps the whole pillar honest. You're joining at a rare moment: we're rebuilding our data platform into an AI-native one, and you won't be inheriting a finished system — you'll shape it. The goal is twofold and genuinely ambitious: - Give every product builder self-serve access to the signal they need to validate their own work, without waiting in a queue. - Give our strategic PMs the infrastructure to measure what actually matters and build strategy on evidence, not intuition. What You Will Do - Build and maintain the measurement infrastructure for our outcome metrics — time to first production, enterprise adoption, production confidence in regulated industries — so the metrics that matter are live, current, and credible. - Design and build the AI-native, self-serve data layer that lets product builders answer their own questions and validate their own work, instead of raising a ticket and waiting on analyst bandwidth. - Set up measurement before teams ship, not after — so "did this land?" has an answer while teams can still act on it. - Compile the quantitative signal that strategic PMs use to set direction, pairing your numbers with the qualitative "why" our researchers bring, so decisions rest on a complete evidence base. - Own the data pipelines end to end — this is a continuous measurement system you build and run, not a series of one-off analyses. - Surface what the data actually says, even when it contradicts a direction someone has already committed to — the credibility of the whole system depends on it. Qualifications - 5+ years in product, data, or growth analytics in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment. - Experience building measurement infrastructure from low maturity — making the foundational architecture decisions, not just maintaining an established system. - A track record of defining outcome metrics with product teams: turning fuzzy goals into measurable north stars and tracking them over time. - Strong SQL and data engineering skills — you can own the pipelines yourself, not just consume dashboards. - The judgment and directness to present findings that challenge a senior stakeholder's position, and stand behind the data. Requirements - Experience building self-serve analytics tooling that non-analysts — PMs, designers, engineers — actually adopted and used. - Familiarity with AI-assisted data workflows: LLM-powered querying, AI-generated insight, or analytics embedded in AI-native build pipelines. - Background supporting both a central team and multiple autonomous product teams at once. - Exposure to process automation, orchestration, or developer tooling, where simple event funnels don't map cleanly to value. - Experience pairing closely with qualitative researchers on mixed-methods evidence. Benefits - Competitive, fair, and transparent compensation based on location. - Equity through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP). - Remote & Flexible work options with home office budget and flexible time off. - In-person connection through annual kickoff events and team offsites. - Access to locally tailored healthcare and global mental wellbeing resources. - Retirement and pension plans, plus life and disability insurance where relevant. - Up to $/€/£1,000 per year for self-driven learning: courses, certifications, books.
