Our Personal Lines Compliance team is seeking an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst. This role supports the organization's mission of ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling business growth and speed to market for admitted and non-admitted markets. This role offers opportunities to specialize in leading some key responsibilities while continuing to participate in others. A hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote is available. Key Responsibilities Audits & External Relationships - Lead or participate in market conduct exams, regulatory audits, and partner audits; monitor complaints; maintain strong relationships with regulators and key stakeholders. Regulatory Change - Interpret and determine the impact of state laws; develop and implement action plans to ensure compliance; regulatory liaison to resolve complex regulatory issues; lead form, rate, and rule filing projects. Forms & Research - Lead review and development of generic forms; develop state‑specific forms; compliance consultant for assigned products and underwriting teams. Operations - Identify trends; evaluate alternatives to maintain compliance while meeting business goals; recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness; provide guidance and coaching; support director and team members. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate or degree - 5+ years of experience as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst - Insurance certifications or industry affiliations preferred - Insurance industry experience required; Property & Casualty preferred Skills & Competencies - Strong regulatory research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Persuasive negotiator and effective advocate for the organization - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage change and competing priorities - Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) #LI-SY #LI-Hybrid US Work Authorization US Work Authorization required. Role Description Working remotely, the Compliance Coordinator will oversee the school’s attendance, compliance, truancy prevention, operational engagement, and student accountability systems. This position serves as the operational backbone of the Engagement Department and ensures schoolwide consistency related to: - Attendance monitoring - Intervention meeting coordination - Truancy communication - Compliance documentation - Operational procedures The Compliance Coordinator supervises 12-month ACT Engagement Specialists who collectively support schoolwide attendance operations and student accountability systems.
