The UHS Corporate Compliance Department is hiring a Compliance Administrator to assist in the initial review and triage of compliance and privacy investigations. Key Responsibilities include: - Assist Regional Compliance Officers or other Compliance team members in their incident management/investigation processes, including but not limited to, communicating with Facility Compliance Officers and Facility Privacy Officers to address questions and to follow up on the status of investigations - Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures - Coordinate and conducts actions to progress the internal investigation of compliance issues - Oversee technical issues associated with the corporate compliance hotline - Coordinate dissemination of written policies and procedures related to compliance activities - Review final investigation reports for completeness and grammatical issues - Manage distribution and follow up to closure of compliance investigations working with various company departments including but not limited to Legal and Human Resources Departments - Assist in providing internal data in connection with internal or external auditors in compliance reviews - Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years' experience in corporate compliance. - Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills - Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of company employees - Experience with information systems conversions, excellent computer skills on various systems This opportunity provides a rewarding career, challenging and rewarding work environment as well as growth and development opportunities within UHS and its subsidiaries, including competitive compensation, excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plan, and 401k with company match.
