Motion Graphics Editor
Talent Hackers
• Collaborate directly with directors to execute and refine motion graphics projects • Handle editing tasks including segment assembly, motion graphics, and light sound design • Apply feedback from directors and stakeholders during revision cycles • Lead discovery sessions with product, marketing, and content teams to define creative objectives • Research trends, competitor visuals, and motion design benchmarks to inform creative development • Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders throughout projects • Oversee junior designers or production artists, ensuring quality and timely delivery • Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences for campaigns, product launches, and social media content
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design
- Proven ability to lead creative discussions and present concepts
- Experience producing motion graphic assets from concept to final output, including typography, transitions, and visual effects
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and design fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative decisions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, production-ready animations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative creative team
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects
- English at C2 level or native proficiency
- Proficiency in tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender
