Role Description We are seeking a highly organized Construction Project Administrator to support our Australian project management team with project documentation, permit applications, council submissions, inspection coordination, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities - Prepare documentation for building permit applications and respond to RFIs. - Prepare documentation for occupancy permit applications. - Assist with applications to local councils and other authorities. - Prepare and lodge service connection applications (water, sewer, electricity, telecommunications, etc.). - Book and follow up required inspections. - File, organize, and maintain project plans, permits, drawings, and project documentation. - Track approvals, submissions, and outstanding actions. - Provide general administrative support to Project Managers.
