Role Description Currently, we are seeking a skilled QA Lead whom we will entrust with leading our QA team and owning quality across our products. - Building, mentoring, and managing a QA team: running 1on1, performance reviews, and onboarding; - Owning QA strategy across all mobile titles, from pre-production through live ops and updates; - Designing and evolving QA processes: release pipelines, test coverage standards, bug triage flows, and retrospectives; - Working closely with producers, engineers, and game designers to define quality criteria and review requirements at every stage; - Overseeing functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and usability testing on iOS and Android; - Maintaining high-quality test documentation, plans, cases & checklists, and ensuring they stay current; - Driving test automation adoption and evaluating tooling to increase coverage and reduce manual overhead; - Building and maintaining analytical standards, best practices, and workflows to ensure consistency and high quality across all insights and reports; - Collaborate effectively with other teams. Qualifications - Relevant work experience in Lead positions for at least 3 years in the game development industry; - Proven experience managing a QA team: hiring, task distribution, performance tracking; - Hands-on experience with Charles Proxy; - Experience with Xcode, Android Studio, Simulators; - Experience with Unity Editor; - Experience with Postman or Swagger; - Ability to balance quality, risks, and delivery timelines using risk-based testing approaches; - Experience working with App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including release preparation, rollout monitoring, store validation, and production support; - Experience working with crash/performance monitoring tools (Firebase Crashlytics/Sentry, ANR analysis, memory/performance profiling); - Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile specifics and platform dependencies for IOS / Android: app lifecycle, background/foreground, deep links, permissions, device fragmentation; - Experience & understanding of CI/CD pipelines; - Proficiency with TestRail or a comparable test management system; - Familiarity with in-game ad platforms such as IronSource or AppLovin; - Experience testing in-app purchases, consumables and subscriptions and monetization flows; - Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to improving and maintaining quality in processes and cross-team collaboration.
