Role Description We are looking for a driven, commercially astute Business Development Consultant to join our growing team and help expand our client base and market presence. This is a high-performance business development role focused on identifying opportunities, generating new business, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging prospective clients, understanding their talent and business challenges, and positioning Sapientis’ recruitment and advisory services as the preferred solution. Key Responsibilities - Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries. - Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and social selling. - Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions. - Prepare and present tailored proposals and service offerings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. - Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track all activities. - Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure exceptional client service. - Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client engagements. - Enhance the company’s market presence through LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Qualifications - 3–5 years’ proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or recruitment sales. - Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets. - Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to engage with senior executives and business leaders. - Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven. - Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling ability. - Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
