Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in the field is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of software quality and test engineering.
  • Experience in process mapping and modeling (BPMN, ARIS, or similar).
  • Experience with software maturity models such as CMMI, TMMi, PMM, OPM3.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze quality indicators and metrics.
  • Experience with tools that support processes and quality management.
