• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses in Tableau and Snowflake to drive data-driven decisions. • Lead hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting to inform product and marketing strategy. • Develop SQL/Python automation and workflow tools (Airflow, dbt) to monitor data quality and alert stakeholders in real time. • Drive insights on customer acquisition, retention, and user experience within a subscription-based model. • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Product to align business needs with data initiatives and drive execution. • Translate complex data into compelling narratives with actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 4+ years in data analytics or related fields, with 2+ years providing technical guidance to teams
- Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably subscription-based models
- Expertise in advanced analytics and statistical methods
- Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R
- Strong ability to communicate technical details and high-level business strategies to mixed audiences.
