Job Description

Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sozoroad

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creation of job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment forms; job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and candidate endorsement. • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (preferably with experience in Zoho Recruit). • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals. • Prepare and update job descriptions and role profiles as needed. • Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. • Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates) to identify areas for process improvement. • Represent Sozoroad professionally and positively in all candidate and partner interactions.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration with the team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and represent Sozoroad’s culture.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination—preferably in a consulting, tech, or startup environment, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit experience preferred, but not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with attention to detail and urgency.
  • Understanding of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
