• Design high-impact graphics and visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more • Create compelling, on-brand visuals for trending sports topics - breaking news, standout performances, trending sports moments and betting updates • Edit and produce short-form video content, memes and viral videos • Collaborate closely with content, social, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts quickly and effectively • Translate ideas, stats, and narratives into visually engaging designs that drive fan engagement • Stay on top of sports news, trends, memes, and pop culture to create timely and relevant content • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while pushing creative boundaries
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in sports, media, or digital content)
- Strong design skills across typography, layout, color, image retouching, and content composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Experience designing visual content specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain creative ideas
- Deep knowledge of sports and an understanding of how fans engage with sports content online
- Genuine love of pop culture, social media trends and online humour
- A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail
- Someone who moves quickly and thrives under tight deadlines
- A team player who is collaborative, responds well to feedback and is motivated to grow
