• Develop, review, and provide guidance on comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing • Validate Salesforce-based applications and integrations to ensure system integrity and reliability • Identify, document, track, and report software defects using enterprise issue-tracking tools • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve defects and maintain product quality • Clearly communicate test results, risks, and defects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in design and requirements reviews to proactively identify quality risks • Ensure testing practices align with federal standards, healthcare regulations, and security requirements • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies • Stay current with industry best practices in Salesforce testing and software quality assurance

• Cover the entire cycle of software quality assurance: Planning, Analysis, Design, Execution, and reporting of results with minimum supervision. • Develop and apply testing processes to ensure that user needs and service expectations are being met. • Define tools and automation frameworks. • Fluency in writing SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, and filtering across complex relational and non relational datasets. • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases • Identify and Assess the testing process risk. • Think and plan ahead in ways that anticipate the future development of our product offering and the growth of our team and client list. • Work across our internal development teams and functions as appropriate to ensure all parties are working efficiently on the right priorities. • Create the testing strategy for the genlogs products. • Report project quality metrics and statistics, and defects control and monitoring. • Able to make decisions in critical situations. • Identify risks. • Propose improvements in the process, team and product. • Make sure the information is shared in a structured way and provide traceability of the testing process.

• Provides testing for customization and support requests from partners, • Works with developers and QA Engineers to improve test processes, • Establishes necessary communication with business development, design, and technical teams, • Contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, • Carries out manual testing processes of products/services, • Reports and visualizes test results, • Prepares the necessary documentation and test scripts, • Ensures that technical integrations are properly managed.

• Lead testing and quality efforts for one or more product areas, • Define and execute pragmatic test and regression strategies, • Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up, • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and resolve pipeline failures, • Identify quality risks early and act quickly to unblock releases, • Mentor and guide QA team members in testing and automation best practices, • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on scope and release readiness.
