QA Analyst II

• Define and execute tests by leveraging product specifications, designs, and known context. • Verify high and moderate risk changes prior to production release • Ensure that your teams maintain low bug:feature rates and low bug escape rates • Communicate effectively within both your embedded teams and the broader Quality organization • Track your findings and projects effectively by adhering to our QA processes • Perform Exploratory Testing Sessions • Participate and play an active role in daily scrums, weekly grooming sessions, and all sprint rituals • Verify reported bug findings quickly and reliably • Proactively contribute to overall process improvement initiatives • Perform root cause analysis on bugs that come in from production
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance
- Experience writing and maintaining clear and effective test cases
- Highly motivated and a strong sense of ownership
- Experience being embedded in and supporting multiple teams
- Proven track record of analyzing and solving complex problems
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience working in fast-paced technology companies following agile principles
- Experience managing product, engineering, and design stakeholders
