• Provides testing for customization and support requests from partners, • Works with developers and QA Engineers to improve test processes, • Establishes necessary communication with business development, design, and technical teams, • Contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, • Carries out manual testing processes of products/services, • Reports and visualizes test results, • Prepares the necessary documentation and test scripts, • Ensures that technical integrations are properly managed.

• Lead testing and quality efforts for one or more product areas, • Define and execute pragmatic test and regression strategies, • Build and maintain automation frameworks from the ground up, • Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and resolve pipeline failures, • Identify quality risks early and act quickly to unblock releases, • Mentor and guide QA team members in testing and automation best practices, • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on scope and release readiness.

• The QA Manager is responsible for defining, leading, and scaling quality assurance practices across the product. • This role owns end-to-end quality strategy, manages QA initiatives across teams, and partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure fast, secure, and reliable releases in a startup environment.

• Helps build and design a robust automation system, • Monitors every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure the quality and timely finalization of our products, • Predicts the testing process and develops test strategies, • Regularly attends internal client (partner) meetings and discuss the weekly situation with the project leadership team, • Works in cooperation with departments that support the infrastructure, implementation and ongoing improvements in our automation framework, • Regulates hardware and software requirements for test setup and ensures the quality of the content and structure of all test documents, • Examines QA artifacts and reports prepared by Quality Assurance Engineers, • Proactively identifies and manages risks, • Develops test strategies and follows new requirements for projects, • Supports the continuous learning culture that exists inside while shaping the growth of the team.
