Role Description SBG Technology Solutions is seeking a high-performing Program Manager to lead execution under the WEXMAC 2.0 IDIQ, a Navy-managed contract vehicle supporting expeditionary logistics, operational integration, and global contingency missions. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving leadership role responsible for full lifecycle execution of task orders in a fast-paced, rapid-response environment. The Program Manager will own program delivery, financial performance (P&L), and partner/vendor execution. - Lead end-to-end task order execution from solicitation through award and delivery - Manage program P&L, revenue growth, and margin performance - Establish rapid-response processes to meet compressed timelines - Build and manage a network of logistics and service vendors - Oversee delivery across logistics, transportation, supply, and base support domains - Serve as primary interface with partners, customers, and leadership Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field - 8+ years of program or operations management experience - 5+ years managing federal IDIQ or task-order contracts - Experience managing program financials or P&L - Background in logistics or expeditionary operations - Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance - Willingness to support global operations (CENTCOM, AFRICOM as required) Requirements - Must be a US Citizen - Must be able to pass a Federal background check - Must be determined suitable for federal employment Benefits - Direct ownership of revenue and program success - Opportunity to build and lead a new business line - Lean, high-autonomy operating environment Physical Demands - Standing: 10% per day - Sitting: 60% per day - Walking: 5% per day - Stooping: 0% per day - Lifting: - If traveling, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (luggage, laptop, etc.) - Up to 15 lbs. unassisted, several times a day (laptop, office equipment, office supplies, etc.) - Computer Work: 100% per day - Telephone Work: 60% per day - Reading: 100% per day - Other: Travel unassisted less up to 10% per year, via privately owned vehicle SBGTS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
