Web3 Infrastructure Engineer – DevOps

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the client's cloud and on-premise infrastructure • Manage containerized Linux environments • Implement automation and monitoring for Web3 operations • Build and maintain tooling to support the Filecoin ecosystem • Oversee and optimize globally distributed environments • Support development teams in resolving infrastructure issues • Design, implement, and document infrastructure procedures • Participate in on-call rotation for incident response • Collaborate with teams to evolve infrastructure based on data and research
Job Requirements
- Practical knowledge of at least one programming language
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD best practices
- 3+ years managing resources in AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 3+ years implementing observability and incident response practices
- 3+ years administering Linux hosts
- Excellent communication skills for clear technical documentation
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote team
- Experience with Filecoin or decentralized storage networks
- Familiarity with Golang, TypeScript, Solidity, or Rust
- Experience operating blockchain nodes or validators
- Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible
- Experience working with bare metal infrastructure
- Understanding of at least two of: Web Security, Web3 Security, Cloud Security, Systems Security, or Applied Cryptography.
