Senior Product Manager, OX Retention & Expansion
Fundraise Up
• Retention and expansion growth across active organizations • Average Processing Volume (APV) / ARR per Active Customer • Cross-product adoption strategy for Organization Experience capabilities • Retention and expansion roadmap (6–12 months / 2027 horizon) • Discovery pipeline (qualitative & quantitative) • Identification of churn signals and expansion opportunities • Concept development and validation before delivery • Cross-functional retention and monetization initiatives • Adoption blocker identification and resolution prioritization • Scale / iterate / kill decisions based on initiative outcomes • North Star metrics and metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization outcomes
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments
- Experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes behind adoption and churn challenges
- Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
- Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation
- Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
- Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact
- Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product organizations
- Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- Fluent English (C1+).
