Marketing and Business Development Assistant
EXP
• Research tender sites daily (Merx, Bids & Tenders, Ariba) to identify new opportunities • Monitor and manage the BD Opportunities and One@EXP inboxes, addressing inquiries, downloading documents, and providing timely support • Issue bulletins, track addenda, and maintain opportunity status on SharePoint • Develop, organize, track, and maintain resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate content • Format documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Adobe InDesign skills are a strong asset) • Manage revisions through version control and maintain brand compliance • Provide updated resumes and project sheets to support active proposals • Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and branding compliance • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to obtain and exchange information • Work daily in SharePoint, Deltek Vantagepoint and Microsoft Suite • Own your file management, keeping things clean, current, and easy to find
Job Requirements
- College diploma or university degree
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Consulting) or professional services industry
- Previous experience through internships, co-op placements, or full-time roles supporting marketing, business development, or proposal coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Experience supporting proposals, reports, presentations, or marketing collateral is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience using InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to enhance your work is considered an asset

Role Description QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an Embedded Field Service Representative (Technician) to join our team, at Fort Benning, GA to support our customer, Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT). This is a remote position. - Provides field support services related to troubleshooting and repair of systems, performs software updates, and mentors Soldiers in the execution of maintenance. - Facilitates higher level repair of equipment. - Ensures support equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained. - Troubleshoot related product malfunctions. - Install, modify, wire, fabricate and maintain systems. - Distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. - Four (4) years of total experience with the testing of electronic equipment, to include two (2) years of experience in the testing and troubleshooting of electronic subsystem installations in military systems. Requirements - Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills. - ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret - Less than 33% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations. Work Environment - This position will be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, government offices, military bases and depots, warehouse/maintenance shops, and/or field environments that include extended periods outdoors.
