Senior Solution Engineer – META

SimSpace

• Partner with META sales executives to identify customer needs, shape technical strategy, and articulate SimSpace’s value through tailored demonstrations, technical consultation, and outcome-based discovery. • Lead technical sales cycles across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region, including discovery, solution mapping, pilot planning, evaluation design, success criteria definition, and technical close support. • Lead technical sales cycles across Europe, including discovery, solution mapping, pilot planning, evaluation design, success criteria definition, and technical close support. • Translate SimSpace capabilities into regionally relevant customer outcomes across national cyber readiness, sovereign cyber range modernization, adversary emulation, detection engineering, AI security testing, security tool validation, OT/ICS security, and team training. • Build credibility with government, defense, energy, oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications, aviation, and critical infrastructure stakeholders by understanding their operating environments, security priorities, and procurement cultures. • Work directly with regional resellers, system integrators, MSSPs, consulting partners, and strategic channel partners to support joint opportunities, partner enablement, customer demonstrations, and go-to-market execution. • Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations that show how SimSpace can replicate realistic enterprise, cloud, OT, IT, and hybrid environments for training, testing, validation, and operational readiness. • Support RFI/RFP responses by helping create persuasive technical narratives, solution architectures, capability mappings, and value-based responses tailored to META customer requirements. • Serve as a regional thought leader by supporting webinars, conferences, executive briefings, partner events, and customer-facing content focused on cyber ranges, AI-enabled security, adversary emulation, national cyber resilience, and cyber readiness. • Act as a feedback bridge between META customers, European customers, regional partners, SimSpace product teams, and professional services to ensure customer requirements and market needs are captured and communicated clearly. • Support renewals, expansions, and long-term customer success by helping customers understand additional use cases, broader platform value, and paths to operational maturity.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years in cybersecurity solution engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting, cyber range operations, security architecture, or related customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong familiarity with the META cybersecurity market, including regional buying patterns, customer expectations, partner dynamics, and public/private sector security priorities.
  • General familiarity with the European cybersecurity market, including regional buying patterns, customer expectations, partner dynamics, and public/private sector security priorities.
  • Fluent business English and Arabic communication skills, with the ability to brief senior executives, technical practitioners, and partner teams clearly and credibly.
  • Familiarity with Turkish, French, or other regionally relevant languages is a plus. Ability to travel up to 25% across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region, with the ability to travel freely and efficiently for customer meetings, partner engagements, conferences, and regional events.
  • Existing familiarity with META reseller, European reseller, system integrator, MSSP, consulting, and channel partner communities.
  • Ability to operate effectively across cultures and engage customers in a regionally appropriate, trusted, and commercially mature way.
  • Technical understanding of AI agent operations, cybersecurity operations, security tooling, threat intelligence, adversary emulation, detection engineering, incident response, cloud security, enterprise architecture, and/or OT/ICS security.
  • Proven ability to define measurable success criteria and lead technical evaluations, pilots, proof-of-concepts, or enterprise platform demonstrations.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and mission-oriented, with a passion for helping customers strengthen cyber resilience against advanced threats.
