• Conduct testing of web-based Business Intelligence applications following standardized QA processes • Validate backend services and APIs supporting BI applications • Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases based on Jira ticket requirements and acceptance criteria • Document testing activities, defects, and results using Jira and Confluence • Utilize test management platforms such as TestRail to track and report testing progress • Reproduce issues, clearly document findings, and partner with developers to drive defects to resolution • Configure test environments and coordinate testing across supported browsers and platforms to ensure compatibility and reliability

• Conduct manual testing of Keeper’s browser extensions across supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) • Validate core functionality, UI/UX behavior, compatibility, and security-related workflows within browser extensions • Create, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user stories • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand new features and ensure appropriate test coverage • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear, reproducible steps and expected outcomes • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent behavior and performance • Assist in reproducing and validating customer-reported issues • Validate new releases and updates to ensure existing functionality and user experience are not impacted • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and testing standards • Support automated testing efforts where applicable, in partnership with engineering and QA teams

• Execute manual testing across KEPM services and interfaces, focusing on backend workflows, APIs, policy enforcement, and security configurations • Design, document, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for new features, system updates, and third-party integrations • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand technical requirements and endpoint use cases • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear and reproducible steps • Validate role-based access controls, privilege policies, and audit logging behavior • Assist in defining and improving QA best practices for enterprise endpoint security systems • Participate in QA automation discussions and contribute to automated test coverage where applicable

• Conduct testing of web-based Admin Console applications to ensure quality, reliability, and usability • Validate backend APIs that support console functionality using appropriate testing tools • Create, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user stories • Document defects, test results, and QA activities using Jira and Confluence • Use test management tools such as TestRail to track testing progress and coverage • Perform cross-browser testing to ensure consistent behavior and performance across supported desktop browsers • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify issues and improve quality processes • Ensure all testing efforts align with best practices for enterprise software quality assurance
