QA Analyst, Endpoint Privilege Management
Keeper Security, Inc.
• Execute manual testing across KEPM services and interfaces, focusing on backend workflows, APIs, policy enforcement, and security configurations • Design, document, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for new features, system updates, and third-party integrations • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand technical requirements and endpoint use cases • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear and reproducible steps • Validate role-based access controls, privilege policies, and audit logging behavior • Assist in defining and improving QA best practices for enterprise endpoint security systems • Participate in QA automation discussions and contribute to automated test coverage where applicable
Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for software quality
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments from a testing or validation perspective
- Understanding of file system permissions and privilege concepts
- Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, or endpoint identity concepts from a testing standpoint
- Foundational knowledge of QA methodologies, including functional, integration, and system testing
- Basic familiarity with backend systems, logs, and cloud-based architectures (AWS experience is a plus)
- Ability to clearly document and communicate test results and defects
- Experience using Jira or similar issue tracking tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional, remote teams
- Due to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)
