QA Analyst – Browser Extension
Keeper Security, Inc.
• Conduct manual testing of Keeper’s browser extensions across supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) • Validate core functionality, UI/UX behavior, compatibility, and security-related workflows within browser extensions • Create, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user stories • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand new features and ensure appropriate test coverage • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with clear, reproducible steps and expected outcomes • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent behavior and performance • Assist in reproducing and validating customer-reported issues • Validate new releases and updates to ensure existing functionality and user experience are not impacted • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and testing standards • Support automated testing efforts where applicable, in partnership with engineering and QA teams
Job Requirements
- Experience with manual testing of browser extensions or web-based applications
- Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser APIs
- Strong understanding of browser environments and cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Experience using browser developer tools for testing and debugging (e.g., Chrome DevTools)
- Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports and manage them through Jira
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of security best practices related to browser extensions and web applications
- Due to the role’s involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)
