Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist I (Supplier Management Support) will provide hands-on support to the Supplier Management Program maintenance. Activities include but are not limited to: - Supplier qualification - Audit assistance - Support for supplier complaints - Agreement preparation - Timely communication of supplier management KPIs to key stakeholders In addition, this position is responsible for providing backup for its peers as needed. Qualifications - Minimum Required: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - 2 years of related Quality Assurance experience in a life science, regulated environment - Other Required: - Ability to meet deadlines and perform administrative functions - Microsoft Office suite proficiency including Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Ability to organize tasks, work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Ability to function independently within a minimally supervised environment with exceptional attention to detail required - Demonstrate highly developed communication skills including well-developed writing skills and verbal and interpersonal skills - Must be able to read, write, speak fluently and comprehend the English language - Extended work hours may be necessary to meet the business demands - Preferred: - Experience working in a Quality Department/Life Sciences-Regulated environment including supplier management Company Description

• Assist in the financial payment platform project. • Test if the Boku Payment works well with the E-Wallet/Banks. • Conduct real transactions using wallet accounts (fully refunded). • Work schedules will be determined by project requirements.

• Проводити ручне тестування вебдодатків, внутрішніх сервісів та CRM-систем. • Тестувати desktop-додатки (Windows/macOS). • Проводити тестування Android-застосунків та перевіряти коректність роботи на різних пристроях і версіях ОС. • Перевіряти функціонал на відповідність технічним вимогам, бізнес-логіці та дизайнам. • Виконувати функціональне, регресійне, інтеграційне, кросбраузерне та кросплатформне тестування. • Перевіряти адаптивність інтерфейсів та якість користувацького досвіду (UX). • Аналізувати баги за допомогою Chrome DevTools, логів та API-запитів. • Проводити тестування REST API через Postman або Swagger. • Створювати та підтримувати тестову документацію: тест-кейси, чек-листи та баг-репорти. • Аналізувати технічну документацію та макети у Figma до старту розробки. • Брати участь у плануванні функціоналу та обговоренні вимог із командою. • Співпрацювати з розробниками, Project Manager та Product Team для швидкого усунення проблем.
