Role Description A área de Performance em Inside Sales do QuintoAndar é o núcleo de inteligência que transforma dados em combustível de crescimento. O time de Planning & Performance atua diretamente no desenho de metas, projeções de funil e governança dos principais indicadores de vendas. Temos duas posições em aberto para o time de Performance: - Performance Operacional: responsável pelo acompanhamento diário e semanal de performance, monitoramento de KPIs, análises operacionais e suporte à otimização da operação. - Estratégia/Dados e Analytics: responsável pela definição de metas (targets), planejamento comercial, remuneração variável e análises estratégicas de performance, geração de dados, estruturação de dashboards e suporte analítico para a operação e projetos cross-funcionais. Ambas focadas no acompanhamento de performance operacional e monitoramento de KPIs diários e semanais, a base das atividades será: - Geração, estruturação e análise de dados para produção de insights acionáveis para o negócio; - Desenvolvimento e manutenção de dashboards e visualizações de performance; - Apoio na definição, acompanhamento e governança de metas operacionais (targets); - Suporte em discussões de planejamento comercial e estratégia de performance; - Apoio às análises de remuneração variável e modelos de incentivo; - Acompanhamento de projetos cross-funcionais relacionados à performance e melhoria operacional; - Tradução de necessidades do negócio em análises e entregas de dados que suportem a tomada de decisão. Qualifications - Formação superior completa; - Experiência comprovada com análise de performance e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados; - Domínio avançado de Excel / Google Sheets para modelagens financeiras ou comerciais; - Vivência na construção de dashboards em ferramentas de BI (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Looker ou similares); - Familiaridade com IA generativa no fluxo de trabalho; - Sólido conhecimento em KPIs e métricas de funil comercial/operacional; - Inglês Intermediário; - Alto nível de ownership, senso de urgência e responsabilidade com as entregas da rotina; - Pensamento estruturado e capacidade de traduzir dados complexos em direcionais claros de negócio; - Proatividade e resiliência para navegar em um ambiente de alta velocidade, dinamismo e complexidade.
