Role Description Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Vertriebsmitarbeiter für Kaltakquise (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der oder die uns dabei unterstützt, den Kontakt mit unseren Interessenten aufzubauen und neue Kunden für unsere Dienstleistungen zu gewinnen. - Erstkontakt herstellen: Du gehst aktiv auf Industrieunternehmen zu und begeisterst Entscheider telefonisch von unseren digitalen Strategien. - Bedarf ermitteln: In qualifizierten Erstgesprächen analysierst du die aktuelle Situation der potenziellen Kunden. - Termine fixieren: Du weckst echtes Interesse und vereinbarst verbindliche Strategietermine für unsere Experten. - Organisation & Pflege: Du bereitest die Termine strukturiert vor und hältst unser System up to date. Einstiegsgehalt Kfm. Mitarbeiter/Vertriebsmitarbeiter - Vollzeit (m/w/d): 3.000 Euro pro Monat brutto. Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind möglich. Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 2-4 Monate und ist bereits voll bezahlt.
