Remote Talent

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat • Providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance • Troubleshooting product and service issues to find optimal solutions • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions • Staying up to date on client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information • Collaborating with teammates and sharing feedback to continuously improve the customer experience

Job Requirements

  • This is a fully remote position, but you must be located within the United States
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the English language
  • A reliable Internet connection and computer
  • A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others
  • The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
