Head of Recruitment
ReWorks Solutions
• Lead the overall recruitment strategy and operations for ReWorks Solutions to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. • Develop and implement innovative recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency. • Oversee the recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. • Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce planning. • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners when necessary. • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. • Drive employer branding initiatives to position ReWorks Solutions as an employer of choice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
