• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans. • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. • Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times. • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system. • Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. • Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations. • Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations.
Job Requirements
- Active and verifiable license from one of the following Arizona licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LAMFT, or LMSW as well as your state of residence if it is not Arizona. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
- Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.

Role Description The Patient Follow-up Coordinator focuses entirely on executing administrative follow-up to ensure our patients successfully get their appointments scheduled. This position requires focus on operational tracking, clear communication, and persistent outreach. Role Description The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) position serves as a scientific bridge between our company and the healthcare community, primarily engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals. MSL should provide objective scientific and educational support by interpreting clinical data, sharing evidence about products, and ensuring accurate, compliant scientific information reaches HCPs, academic institutions, and scientific societies.
