About The Role Location: Remote, UK Employment Type: Up to 5 - 10 hours per month, depending on business requirements We’re looking for a Freelance Medical Content Coordinator (German) to join our operations team on a freelance basis. You will be responsible for the addition of new and maintenance of existing medical terminology and specialities to the Doctify platform, as well as related governing bodies. The role includes researching medical professionals and clinics and owning the approval process for each new request for medical terminology to be added to the Doctify platform within the existing keyword hierarchy. Requests will arrive on an ad hoc basis and will require researching and assessing these requests based on suitability for the Doctify platform. You will be working on our German and Austrian markets. You will use your understanding of medical terminology to prioritise decisions and in some instances suggest outcomes to our independent Clinical Governance Committee if a request requires further approval/agreement. You’ll be responsible for - Occasionally attending clinical governance meetings and presenting findings on new medical terminology (up to 1 hour). - Working with a high volume of requests and prioritising these based on business needs - Making decisions and being able to provide answers to members of our commercial teams on these outcomes. - Researching medical professionals, including their professional background, medical association memberships, education, qualifications, and special interests to ascertain suitability. - This may also include researching entirely new top-level specialities, or governing bodies that do not already exist on the platform. The technical build will be managed separately by a retained development vendor. This contract engagement will focus on the senior content strategy, editorial standards and web copy framework needed to support the updated site. This is a defined-deliverable engagement with a clear end state. The selected contractor will help establish the editorial foundation for the website, including the voice, content structure, page templates and production-ready copy standards that will guide the site refit. This engagement is best suited for a senior content strategist or editorial lead who has experience with B2B professional services, can work independently and can produce clear, polished work with minimal revision. What You Will Deliver 1. Editorial Style Guide Develop a practical, original editorial style guide for Mohr Partners’ web content. The guide should be useful to writers, marketers and non-writers who may contribute to the website over time. The style guide should include: - Voice and tone principles, with annotated examples - Grammar, punctuation and usage conventions - Terminology and nomenclature standards specific to commercial real estate - Rules for headlines, subheads, CTAs and navigational copy - Guidance for writing about the firm, its leadership and its services - 2. Page Content Templates and Site Architecture Recommendations Create structured, production-quality templates for core website page types. The scope is expected to include approximately 15-20 core pages and 25-30 landing pages. Each template should define: - Recommended content zones - Word-count guidance - SEO metadata fields - Sample copy written at production quality - Guidance for how the page should function within the broader site experience - The contractor will also provide a point of view on site architecture, including recommended additions, removals or refinements that would improve site utility. Structural changes will require leadership approval, so the current site map should be evaluated but not treated as fixed. 3. Content Audit and Copy Remediation Review existing website copy against the completed style guide. Identify gaps, inconsistencies and underperforming content, then produce revised copy for high-priority pages. This is not a “redline only” audit. The contractor will be expected to synthesize findings into usable, production-ready copy where needed.
