In this role, you will: - Build and strengthen partnerships with nursing and allied health programs. - Create clinical experiences and career pathways for students pursuing careers in post-acute care. - Collaborate with operational and nursing leaders to develop workforce pipelines. - Coordinate clinical affiliations. - Represent our organization at community and recruitment events. - Support the transition of students into rewarding careers within our system. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment, academic relations, workforce development, or nursing education, along with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
