Role Description Reporting to the Digital Technical Sr. Manager, the Digital Technical Specialist role within our Dental Digital department will be a remote position from Spain. The role focuses on providing excellent operational and technical support to Dental professionals within Spain and EMEA, with an emphasis on our Clear Aligner SPARK. - Provide remote in-depth training, education, onboarding, and technical support to customers and local teams for SPARK, IOS, ODB, Insignia, Memotain, and future products in the Ormco portfolio. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our digital products or services, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. - Schedule technical follow-up with doctors. - Support customers by phone, email, and/or remote support; may be required to visit the customer onsite in some cases. - Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM ticketing system, and provide regular reports to the Team Manager on recurring or critical problems. - Perform remote onboarding for new/current doctors. - Assist field teams in case of peaks/necessity. - Foster positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, building trust, and ensuring customer loyalty. - Collect and report product improvements or ideas to the Product team. - Maintain internal knowledge through articles, SOPs, and templates. - Understand and support the company's policies and procedures to provide proper and effective support to our customers. Qualifications - Dental Technician or Dental Hygienist diploma/certification preferable. - Prior experience within the dental/orthodontic industry. - Understanding of digital workflow and manufacturing processes. - Previous experience in a similar role including Intra-Oral Scanners, CAD/CAM systems, digital design software, 3D printing, and digital dentistry. - Tech-savvy, fully IT literate (Windows, MAC, MS Office, remote support tools). - Strong ability to understand and deliver on technical user requirements. - Excellent organizational skills. - Proactive, self-sufficient, with a strong team-oriented mindset. - Enthusiastic, logical, and creative thinker. - Native Spanish language skills and fluent English language skills required; any other European language would be a plus. Role Description The Digital Marketing, CRM & Loyalty Lead will be responsible for driving app marketing initiatives, CRM and lifecycle marketing programs, loyalty operations, data analysis and reporting, and managing relationships with key vendors and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - App Marketing & Campaign Management (40%) - Execute campaigns across the mobile application. - Manage offer builds, push notifications, in-app content, and delivery channel activations. - CRM & Lifecycle Marketing (25%) - Develop automated CRM programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. - Manage CRM agency relationships from briefing through execution and performance review. - Loyalty Program Management (20%) - Own loyalty program operations, including earn/burn mechanics, reward catalog, point thresholds, and expiry policies. - Plan and execute booster campaigns on both the burn side (discounted redemptions) and earn side (point multipliers) to drive engagement and redemption rates. - Data & Reporting (15%) - Write and maintain BigQuery SQL across transactional app data, GA4 event data, and CRM platform exports. - Build dashboards for stakeholders and senior leadership using Python, Looker Studio, and in-house web tooling. - Prepare monthly leadership reports, including Excel-based reporting where required. - Conduct incremental sales analysis for offers and campaigns, including methodology design, control group selection, baseline construction, and accounting for halo effects. - Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary contact for the loyalty platform vendor, CRM agency, app development partner, MMP, and analytics providers. - Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
