Du findest für jedes Anliegen eine saubere Lösung. - Support-Plattformen: Du arbeitest hauptsächlich mit Intercom, E-Mail, WhatsApp und Microsoft Teams. - Buchungssystem: Termine buchen, stornieren, verschieben. Gutscheine verwalten. Bei Expert-Ausfällen planst du eigenständig um und hältst den Betrieb am Laufen. - Kalender- & Terminoptimierung: Du erkennst Buchungslücken, legst Termine sinnvoll zusammen und verbesserst die Auslastung unserer Experts nachhaltig. - Bewertungsanalyse & Partnerpflege: Du wertest Online-Bewertungen aus und betreust externe Partner-Plattformen. - Monitoring: Du behältst den Überblick und stellst sicher, dass unser Leistungsversprechen jeden Tag eingehalten wird. - Shop: Grundlegende Pflege unseres Online-Shops im Tagesgeschäft. Role Description Responsible for the fulfillment operations for new accounts originating in the digital channel. Keen eye for detecting suspicious activity and initiative to investigate potential fraud.
