Regional Performance Manager

• Oversee a portfolio of centers that generate $15mm - $40mm in annual revenue. • Constantly iterate and re-engineer our existing processes. With our rapid growth we need individuals who can continuously evolve our processes and systems to meet larger needs. • Monitor and assess adherence to quality policies, ensuring facilities maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. • Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and nonconformance events to identify areas for center level or corporate level improvement. As an end to end problem solver, you will take issues diagnosis to solution. • Prepare centers for audits and assist the Center Leadership Team (CLT) and corporate departments in audit preparation, inspection and audit response actions representing company to regulatory agencies and inspectors. • Guide and advise on employee-related issues, promoting fairness, and adherence to HR policies while cultivating center leadership through strategic development initiatives. • Ensure facility maintenance meets the highest safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards in partnership with corporate facilities. • Assist with recruitment, training, developing management talent through regular meetings, goal check-ins, development plans and on-site visits and assessments. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable working with multiple departments in a complex matrixed organization and experience working in a regulated environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks, short deadlines, frequent interruptions and shifting priorities in support of changing company objectives.
  • A natural leader, you have experience and success in managing teams of varying competencies, supporting them to reach progressively larger goals.
  • Comfortable dealing with a degree of ambiguity and proposing pragmatic solutions to problems.
  • Overnight travel required up to 75% of the time without lengthy lead-time.
