Solutions Consultant
Centerbase
Role Description A Solutions Consultant plays a key role throughout the pre and post-sales cycle of Centerbase SaaS products. In this position, you will work in conjunction with the Account Executives to properly configure and demonstrate the Centerbase products to meet the client’s needs. Solutions Consultants are expected to master the Centerbase suite of products and to effectively demonstrate the value and benefits to law firm CXOs, attorneys, associates, accountants, paralegals, and firm administrators. - Interface with executives, senior management, and clients within and outside the organization, serving as a technical resource and providing pre-sales technical and functional support to internal teams and external clients and prospects. - Perform live demonstrations of Centerbase platform to relevant stakeholders with personalized modifications while displaying the value the system provides. - Manage and set customers’ expectations during the software buying cycle. - Provide direction and knowledge in applying Centerbase Software benefits to law firm partners, timekeepers, accountants, and firm admins. - Collaborate with and support Account Executives during the sales process, including planning calls, technical demonstrations, product related deep-dives, implementation overviews, and more. - Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues; build working knowledge of competing products and how to technically sell against them. - Record data from customer facing calls to provide insights on trends in the market. - Work with product management to provide feedback about requested product enhancements from customers and prospects. - Stay up to date on both current Centerbase platform functionality and features from the wider legal tech landscape. - Share with other Solutions Consultants best practices and create re-usable assets to improve the quality and efficiency of the team. - Maintain data quality on demo site to provide clean views and ensure top-level performance on live demonstrations. - Support events and customer activities including conferences, online communities, and trade shows. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field. - 4 or more years’ related experience with complex software applications including requirements analysis, design, and documentation is a plus. - Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into elegant written, spoken and visual communications. - Ability to facilitate discussions, lead meetings and present to large, cross-functional groups. - Proven success in contributing to team-oriented environments. - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems. - Ability to build rapport with diverse and differently motivated individuals, groups, and departments. - Demonstrable “do whatever it takes” attitude to get the job done. - Demonstrable ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment. - Background in law firm business practices and workflows is a plus but not required. - Understanding of accounting and billing practices is also a plus but not required.
