Based in Perth CBD this is an onshore, permanent role available on a full-time basis. Eligible candidates shall meet the following criteria: - Bachelor’s degree in HSE/WHS/OHS (preferred); or Australian Diploma / Advanced Diploma / NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent - Minimum 4+ years’ relevant HSE experience - Demonstrated experience delivering HSE programs that positively influence safety culture and performance - Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards - Competency in incident investigation methodologies (ICAM, TapRooT or equivalent) Desirable: - Experience within the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in brownfields or EPCM environments and based in Perth - Previous experience in a client-facing role, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability Wood fosters an inclusive community of inquisitive minds, encouraging solutions to critical challenges.
