• Organize and host necessary meetings with the Project Owner and Project Team ensuring that everyone involved focuses their time on the prioritized project tasks and following and meeting deadlines. • Oversee multiple projects at any time. • Create and keep updated project documentation, plans and reports. • Provide clear objectives, meeting agendas, quality meeting notes with follow up action items (as needed) to ensure a high level of communication amongst the team. • Create strong working relationships and promote team engagement within the project team. • Work with the Project Owner to quickly find alternative solutions if issues arise. • Use proper Project Management practices to ensure project success and consistency across the company.

Job Requirements

  • College diploma, University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent certification required or working towards PMP or other PM certification
  • 3-5 years’ experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects using project management best practices
  • Excellent understanding of the project management lifecycle as well as knowledge of both Agile and Traditional project management principles and practices with the ability to use a hybrid approach to fit the project and business environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with Project and Portfolio Management Software and tools.
