Role Description Für unser Team suchen wir einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der uns in der manuellen Auftragsbearbeitung sowie der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden unterstützt. In dieser Position wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Koordination und dem reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Dienstleistungen spielen. Du erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in den Arbeitsalltag eines Software-Unternehmens und wirst dabei sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team arbeiten. - Kundenkommunikation: Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden über WhatsApp und hilfst bei der Angebotsannahme. - Angebotserstellung und Mailversand: Du erstellst individuell zugeschnittene Angebote und versendest diese an die Kunden. - Management von Ghostwritern und Kunden: Du verteilst Aufträge an die passenden Ghostwriter und stellst sicher, dass diese rechtzeitig bearbeitet werden. Qualifications - Studium: Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, kommunikations- oder projektmanagementbezogenen Studiengang. - Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du bist sicher im schriftlichen und mündlichen Umgang mit Kunden und kannst dich präzise und professionell ausdrücken – besonders bei der Kommunikation über WhatsApp und per E-Mail. - Organisationstalent: Du hast ein gutes Zeitmanagement, behältst den Überblick über mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig und kannst Deadlines einhalten. - IT-Kenntnisse: Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Bürosoftware-Anwendungen (z.B. Role Description Provides critical support in developing global regulatory strategy, planning and execution of global investigational and marketed prescription drug submissions and manages lifecycle activities for all assigned projects in alignment with the Global Regulatory Lead. Works collaboratively with members of the global regulatory team to develop global regulatory plans, address global regulatory issues, health authority queries, and regulatory obligations. Qualifications - Experience working in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. - Knowledge and experience with preparation of global regulatory submissions (IND, CTA, NDA or BLA, MAA). - RAC certification a plus.
