Si tienes habilidades de comunicación sólidas, eres organizado/a y disfrutas trabajar con personas, este puesto es para ti. Ofrecemos capacitación completa desde el primer día, no se requiere experiencia previa en la industria de viajes. - Atender consultas de clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico y chat de manera profesional. - Investigar vuelos, hoteles, paquetes y opciones de viaje según las necesidades de cada cliente. - Preparar cotizaciones detalladas y presentar opciones de forma clara y ordenada. - Procesar reservas y mantener registros precisos y actualizados. - Dar seguimiento a los clientes antes y después de su viaje para garantizar su satisfacción. - Participar en sesiones de capacitación virtual para mantenerte actualizado/a en tendencias y proveedores.
