Role Description As we continue to expand, we're seeking a driven Material Handling & Conveyor Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving operational challenges, and working directly with customers in industrial and manufacturing environments. - Conduct business-to-business sales activities both in the field and from the office - Develop and maintain relationships with warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics decision-makers - Identify opportunities for conveyor systems, material handling equipment, automation, and related solutions - Perform site visits and facility assessments to understand customer workflows and operational challenges - Collaborate with engineering, project management, and installation teams to develop customized solutions - Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for customers - Manage the sales process from prospecting through project completion - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project scope - Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer relationship - Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate new business Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience - Strong interest in industrial equipment, material handling systems, manufacturing, or automation - Preferred experience in: - Material handling equipment sales - Conveyor systems sales - Industrial equipment sales - Warehouse automation solutions - Manufacturing or distribution operations - Staffing - Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and virtually - Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously - Willingness to travel to visit customer facilities and project sites Benefits - Competitive base salary: $60,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience) - Six-figure earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses - Monthly commission opportunities - Quarterly and annual bonus programs - Comprehensive benefits package including: - PTO and paid holidays - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Vehicle allowance and/or mileage reimbursement - Company-provided technology and sales tools Company Description Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is a growing organization focused on delivering innovative material handling, conveyor, and automation solutions to manufacturers, distribution centers, warehouses, and industrial facilities throughout New England. Role Description The District Sales Manager serves as the primary driver for market expansion and sales growth for TOTO within the North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas territory.
