Il/elle exerce quatre missions spécifiques : - Gestion des demandes d’accès aux documents : référent PRADA, il/elle reçoit et enregistre les demandes d’accès aux documents administratifs, vérifie leur recevabilité et coordonne avec les services concernés la collecte des documents demandés. Il/elle rédige les réponses aux demandeurs, identifie et anonymise les données sensibles avant communication et assure la traçabilité des demandes et réponses apportées. Il/Elle est l’interlocuteur unique de la commission d’accès aux documents administratifs (CADA) pour l’instruction des demandes et des réclamations.
