• Reporting to the Director, Strategic Accounts • Represent Blue Earth Diagnostics Inc. and its products • Develop and deliver strategic solutions for external and internal customers • Support the development of market partnerships and internal strategic development • Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOL and C-suite personnel • Address identified needs of key stakeholders by providing relevant and compliant data • Serve as the strategic conduit to industry partners and internal personnel • Focus on the territory encompassing the West. • Partner with other departments to establish educational speaker events and appropriate field interaction • Develop processes that enable greater patient identification and access to product line • Drive strategic exchange, and execute strategic initiatives • Provide guidance on established process ensuring customers can utilize company products.
Job Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree or completion of a certificate program
- At least 5 years of industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDA requirements and PhRMA Code
- Ability to integrate and work in cross functional network
- Demonstrated project management ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 50%-70% (approx.10-12 overnights per month)
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships/earn credibility quickly across broad global constituencies with competing priorities.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills; team player.

Role Description Ascenso Tires North America is seeking a qualified sales representative to sell our agriculture, industrial, and construction tires. This territory includes California, Nevada, and Hawaii. Candidates must reside within this territory to be considered. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of sales experience within the tire industry, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to generate leads, build lasting relationships, and close deals. We’re looking for a quick learner with excellent negotiating skills and the ability to present our products in a compelling, results-driven way.
