Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). This requirement does not apply to support specialist positions. Job Summary & Responsibilities The Senior Product Designer will report to the Director, Design, in the Product Department. This role is responsible for defining, creating, and maintaining customer-centric digital user experiences across Inspira's portfolio of products. This role will leverage user experience (UX) research insights to create compelling designs, build and test concepts. This role requires the candidate to collaborate with cross-functional teams, adopt modern design patterns and best practices to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to transform an idea from concept to visual designs for multiple personas while applying creativity, logic, and critical thinking to find the best solution. • Work closely with product, technology, internal stakeholders, and external clients to identify an all-inclusive user experience; that includes staying abreast of design trends and research to assist with setting strategy. • Ability to lead a new project from start to finish incorporating user-centered design methods into Agile product development approaches (Design Sprints, Scrum). • Consistently incorporate user feedback and data into the product design process to deliver a unified end-to-end customer experience. • Organize and communicate across the organization to ensure consistent product design and brand expression. • Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, high fidelity designs, and other collateral to visualize and communicate the design process and direction. • Operate with a holistic perspective: balancing the top-down strategic view within the context of a bottom-up detail focus to ensure program effectiveness within the business objectives. • Develop scalable corporate design system that enables consistency and speed to market. • Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Years of Experience: • 5-7 years of experience . Degree: • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or other related fields . Certification: N/A . Skills & Abilities: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of demonstrating: • Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • 5-7 years of visual design and user experience background • Proven understanding of building digital experiences and products through user-centric design • Experience in executing user research with internal stakeholders and customers. • Ability to be proactive and analytical. • Affinity for solving problems and proposing solutions. • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proven ability to earn respect and credibility throughout the organization. • Ability to strive for excellence-celebrate and push the boundaries of creativity in unexpected ways. Compensation & Benefits $106,000-$130,000 per year
