• Administrative tasks in HR • Filing, maintenance and organization of contract and application documents • Support in recruiting and active sourcing • Contributing to the streamlining and further development of existing recruiting processes • Communication with applicants • Supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student (exceptions possible)
- Structured and reliable working style; ownership mentality
- Confident user of PC, MS Office and digital tools
- Very good German skills, written and spoken
- Experience in HR, recruiting, active sourcing and personnel processes
- Discreet handling of confidential information
