Role Description Opportunity for a Junior Recruitment consultant to join a Recruitment agency. - Sourcing of potential candidates on job portals - Conducting screening interviews with the candidates - Typing and presenting of CV's - Arranging interviews with candidates - Admin functions related to recruiting - Phone calls to companies to do follow up and create business opportunities Qualifications - Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or similar - Excellent social media skills - Ability to create adverts - Excellent telephonic and communication skills - Attention to detail - Target driven - Ms Office skills - Must be able to work from home and be self disciplined Requirements - Commission only
