In partnership with the FP&A team, this role will help integrate financial analysis into the business and support data-driven decision making at scale. This is a role for someone who is excited to build, move seamlessly between detail and strategy, and serve as a true thought partner to senior leadership. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy & operations, FP&A, or related finance roles with operational experience at a fast-paced, scaling company. - Experience with subscription business models, including an understanding of ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics. - Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and R&D teams, with a track record of influencing decisions through insight. - Exceptionally strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch in a high growth, operationally complex environment. - Ability to translate data and analysis into clear narratives for executives, and comfort presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders. - Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the judgment to challenge assumptions while maintaining strong relationships. - High level of ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity. - Bachelor’s degree required. - Healthcare or health tech experience is a plus.
